This new home is terraced naturally into the dramatic terrain of the site, nestled among boulders and bedrock and sheltered from the north wind by native conifers.
This home will be technologically advanced and targeting LEED Gold Certification. Features will include geothermal heating and cooling, rainwater harvesting, both passive and active solar heating and photovoltaic energy.
The structure will follow GDA’s history of experience with Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT), creating a highly durable, fire-resistant and earthquake resistant structure.
